Veges Maggi

Maggie noodles
(Curry flavour) - 2 pkts
Frozen vegetables - 1 cup
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Maggie tomato sauce - 2 tsp
Onion(chopped) - 1 cup
Green chllies - 4 nos
(finely chopped)
Spring onions - 1/2 cup
Chilly powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 4 tsp

Cook frozen vegetables by adding a dash of curry powder from the maggie noodle packet for 10 mins.
Heat oil in a wok.
Fry onion until it turns transparent.
Add green chillies and cooked vegetables and stir for 3 seconds.
Break the maggie noodle cake into small bits and mix into the fried onion and keep stiring for about 2 mins.
Empty out the balance curry powder mix into the noodle mixture.
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and water and mix well.
Cover the wok and let the noodles cook for 5 - 8 mins.
Remove cover and stir for few more mins.
Remove from flame.
Garnish with spring onions.
OR
maggi noodles packet oil- 2-3 tsp mustard seeds - a little water - 1 cup coriander leaves - a little turmeric- a pinch

splutter mustard seeds in a pan.then empty the masal into it add turmeric and turn the heat off. now add water 1 cup (approx 200 ml or a little more) now add maggi.once the water evaporates add coriander leaves that are finely chopped

Boil 2 Maggi cakes with 1.5 sachet of Maggi garnishing. (serves two, increase all other ingredients as per your liking, and proportion)

Chop tomatoes, capsicum, and any other vegetables you might have (peas, cabbage, carrot, spring onions etc). Boil an egg or two may be, and slice it into 4 pieces each.

Keep some sauces handy. Tomato, soy, chili sauce etc.

Prepare garlic and ginger paste. I would suggest to be generous with ginger, but a bit careful with the garlic.

Heat some oil in a flat pan. I don’t know how much, but it should be a little more than enough to fry all the chopped vegetables you have.

Stir fry the garlic ginger paste in the oil. Add the sliced vegetables, a little salt, some red chili powder and the remaining Maggi garnishing. Add the soy and tomato sauce as per taste. Fry for 5-6 min, and add the eggs in the last.

Slow down the heat, and add the boiled noodles into the batter. Mix well. You are ready to go !!
