FOR TODDLERS 6 TO 9 MONTHS

DAL AND VEG SOUP

Indregients:

1 tablespoon moong dal
1 tablespoon cow pea{chawli}leaves chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup cabbage chopped

Method:

Wash the dal and combine all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup of water 
Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles 
When cool blend in liquidiser


Instead of cow pea leaves you can also take spinach if your baby likes cheese you can also add half a slice of cheese to this soup.
